主讲人简介：

Neeraj Buch教授，美国密西根州立大学土木与环境系系主任，是国际知名水泥路面专家。国际水泥路面协会（International Society of Concrete Pavements）主席，美国混凝土学会水泥路面委员会（ACI committee on Rigid Pavements）主席，ASCEJournal of Transportation杂志副主编。发表论文94篇，完成美国NCHRP计划项目、联邦公路局项目37项，累计研究经费近1000万美金。

John Haddock教授

Dr.John E. Haddock is a professor of Civil Engineering at Purdue University wherehe also serves at the director of the Indiana Local Technical AssistanceProgram.

Priorto joining the Purdue faculty, Dr. Haddock worked in private industry as amaterials engineer, as a senior research associate for the National Center forAsphalt Technology, as a research engineer for the Indiana Department ofTransportation, and as a district engineer for the Asphalt Institute.Dr.Haddock is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers, ASTMInternational, the International Society for Asphalt Pavements, the Associationof Asphalt Paving Technologists, and the American Road and TransportationBuilders Association. He has also served on several committees for theTransportation Research Board and is currently the chair of AFK30, Committee onthe Characteristics of Non-asphalt Components of Asphalt Paving Mixtures. Healso is a member of the Federal Highway Administration’s Asphalt Mixture ExpertTask Group.
