主讲人简介：
Dr. Neil Tsang is the senior lecturer in Civil Engineering, Coventry University. He got his PhD from Imperial College. His research interests are the use of carbon fibre concrete as smart sensor and the use of fibre reinforced concrete under aging and cyclic load conditions and the others.
