2002年7月-2003年7月，中铁二十局集团第一工程有限公司，工程技术员；
2009年7月-2011年7月，华南理工大学土木工程流动站博士后；
2011年8月-至今，华南理工大学土木与交通学院结构第一教研室任教；
2014年8月-2015年8月，美国普渡大学访问学者。
学术兼职：
中国钢结构协会结构稳定与疲劳分会会员；
中国钢结构协会钢-混凝土组合结构分会会员。
奖励荣誉：
2012年获批为第七批广东省高等学校“千百十工程”校级培养对象；
2013年12月获首批2013年广东省高等学校优秀青年教师培养计划培养对象。
教学工作概况：
从事《房屋建筑学》、《结构实验技术》课程的教学工作。

主要研究领域钢结构、钢-混凝土组合结构，主持项目：
1）国家自然科学基金面上项目2项，国家青年自然科学基金1项
2）广东省高等学校优秀青年教师培养计划资助项目1项
3）中国博士后科学基金二等资助项目1项
4）东南大学混凝土及预应力混凝土结构教育部重点实验室开放课题2项
5）华南理工大学亚热带建筑科学国家重点实验室开放研究基金1项
6）华南理工大学中央高校基本科研业务费滚动项目、重点项目和面上项目各1项
参与国家标准《钢结构设计规范》修订中节点部分研究工作（《钢结构设计规范》国家标准管理组专项研究基金）；参与广东省标准《钢结构设计规程》、《装配式铝合金低层房屋技术规程》和行业标准《预装式铝合金低层房屋及移动屋技术标准》的汇编工作。
代表性成果：
近年来发表论文30余篇，SCI、EI和CPCI（ISTP）收录20余篇。
