袁丹,江西宜春人,2025年6月毕业于华南理工大学,获工学博士学位。主要从事食品胶体与功能因子精准营养递送相关领域的基础与应用研究。目前已在ACS Nano、Chemical Engineering Journal、Food Hydrocolloids、Food Chemistry等期刊发表学术论文10余篇,1篇入选ESI高被引论文,申请发明专利6项(授权3项)。
参与国家自然科学基金面上项目、广东省重点研发计划、粤穗联合基金重点项目、广东省自然科学基金面上项目等多项科研项目。
