个人简介

AMAKYE WILLIAM KWAME (威廉),博士,研究助理教授。主要研究方向为食源性生物活性肽在慢性疾病营养干预中的关键作用。研究内容涵盖食源性生物活性肽在缓解癌症、营养不良、阿尔茨海默病及衰老等慢性疾病中的营养干预作用及其作用机制,推动营养学、神经科学与微生物组学的跨学科融合。近五年来,发表论文30余篇,其中以第一作者或共同作者身份在JAMA、Advanced Science、Food Frontiers、Clinical Nutrition、Food Bioscience、Molecular Nutrition & Food Research、European Journal of Nutrition等国际期刊上发表论文。
