个人简介

王当丰,男,2023年6月毕业于江南大学食品科学与工程专业,全国高校黄大年教师团队核心成员,中国农技协科技小院首席科学家,中国食品科学技术学会会员。目前主持“十四五”国家重点研发计划子课题,辽宁省教育厅基础科研项目、生物技术与资源利用教育部重点实验室开放课题等国家级、省部级及横向课题6项、并参与“十四五”国家重点研发计划等多项国家及省部级项目。近年来以第一作者发表SCI/EI论文12篇(中科院大区1区收录论文10篇,IF>10.0的4篇),申请国家发明专利9件,授权2件。是Food & Medicine Homology杂志青年编委,以及Chemical Engineering Journal、Carbohydrate Polymers、Journal of Agriculture and Food Chemistry、Food Microbiology等国内外期刊审稿人。
