徐亮,博士后。2024年6月获工学博士学位,同年进入华南理工大学食品科学与工程学院工作,主要研究方向为:被动式制冷复合材料的开发及其在食品热管理的应用。近5年在ACS Nano、Chemical Engineering Journal、ACS Applied Materials & Interfaces、ACS Sustainable Chemistry & Engineering、Food Hydrocolloids、Food Chemistry、LWT - Food Science and Technology等工程技术、材料、食品领域SCI主流期刊发表论文15篇,第一作者SCI论文8篇。
