个人简介
I have been working on cellulose, starch-based materials, biodegradable polymers, food engineering since the last few years. I have been engaged in the research fields of preparation and characterization of starch-based materials, analysis of their mechanical, thermal, water, and gas barrier performances, morphological properties, and development of biodegradable, antimicrobial, and hydrophobic packaging materials. Edible starch film preparation using edible agricultural/sea byproducts for food packaging.
