田由,博士后助理研究员。2022年12月获工学博士学位,2023年2月进入华南理工大学食品科学与工程学院工作,主要研究方向为(1)被动式仿生抗冻软物质材料、(2)食品微生物细胞冷冻保护技术和(3)先进冷冻冷链技术。近5年在Chemical Engineering Journal、ACS Sustainable Chemistry & Engineering、Food Hydrocolloids、Food Chemistry、Trends in Food Science & Technology等食品、化学、材料领域主流学术期刊发表同行评议论文30余篇,其中第一(12)/通讯(4)作者SCI论文16篇,总被引1500余次,Scopus H指数为17。主持国家自然科学基金青年项目、中国博士后科学基金特别资助项目、中国博士后科学基金面上项目、广东省自然科学基金面上项目,入选国家资助博士后研究人员计划(B档,“博新计划”入围会评)。担任国际期刊iMeta(IF = 23.8)青年编委,Foods(IF = 4.7)客座编辑,Food Science and Engineering(Universal Wiser Publisher)期刊学术编委。
