个人简介

郑家宝,河南郑州人,华南理工大学/根特大学双博士(食品科学与工程/Food Sciences and Nutrition),入选中国博士后创新人才支持计划,担任一区TOP期刊Journal of Future Foods青年编委。主要从事食品生物分子液-液相分离及凝聚体的基础理论(热力学与动态力学)与前沿应用(仿生载体、可注射材料等)研究。以此为基础,申请人近三年主持中国博士后创新人才支持计划、十四五国家重点研发计划子课题、国家自然科学基金青年项目、中国博士后科学基金面上项目、广东省自然科学基金面上项目、粤穗联合基金青年基金项目、中央高校基本科研业务费面上项目等多项科研项目。此外,申请人还参与多项健康肉制品的创新开发并取得显著成果转化。相关成果共发表学术论文30余篇,引用1100余次(3篇引用超100次,8篇引用超60次),其中以第一作者(含导师第一本人第二)在Aggregate、Adv. Colloid Interface Sci.、J. Agric. Food. Chem.、Food Hydrocolloids、Food Chem.等SCI期刊发表学术论文16篇,申请发明专利4项。
