游丽君,教授,博导/硕导,国家重点研发计划首席,获批国家高层次人才青年项目、广东省杰青、广东省“特支计划”青年拔尖人才、广东省优秀青年教师、广州市珠江科技新星等人才项目资助。本硕博均毕业于华南理工大学,于2009-2010年和2016-2017年被国家留学基金委公派至美国康奈尔大学进行访问研究。担任全国普通高等学校本科教育教学评估专家、广东省水产学会理事、广州市生物技术学会理事,担任《eFood》副主编、第三届《Food Science and Human Wellness》期刊编委、《Future Postharvestand Food》编委、《Food Frontiers》期刊青年编委,《Food Chemistry》《Marine Drugs》《Food Chemistry: X》等期刊客座编辑,是多个国内外食品知名期刊的特邀审稿人。
目前主要从事生物活性多糖的高效制备、分离鉴定和功效机制方面的研究,包括抗光老化、调节肠道菌群、调节脂质代谢等。主持“十四五”国家重点研发计划项目1项,国家自然科学基金4项,科技部国际合作项目1项、省部级项目7项(包括广东省卓越团队项目、广东省杰青项目等)、企业委托项目10余项。近年来,发表第一作者/通讯作者文章110篇,其中被SCI/EI收录87篇(科睿唯安JCR一区56篇,ESI高被引论文6篇),SCI论文总引用7900余次,h指数52,入选食品领域全球前2%科学家榜单。申请中国发明专利49件(授权28件),另外授权美国、新加坡、澳大利亚专利各1件,副主编规划教材3部,参与制定团体标准1项。获得霍英东教育基金会高等院校青年科学奖二等奖、广东省科技进步一等奖、中国产学研合作创新与促进会一等奖、广东省教学成果一等奖等奖励,是广东省“一流课程”的课程负责人,指导学生获得中国“互联网+”大学生创新创业大赛全国银奖、“挑战杯”课外学术科技作品竞赛全国一等奖。
