个人简介

任娇艳,教授、博士生导师,现为教育部全国学校食品安全与营养健康工作专家组专家,担任学院食品营养与健康研究所副所长、中新国际联合研究院PI。2020年入选教育部国家级高层次人才计划、教育部新世纪优秀人才、首届广东省卓越青年团队基金获得者、广东省“珠江学者”特聘教授、首批广东特支计划科技创新青年拔尖人才、广东省杰出青年基金获得者等人才称号。目前还担任国家特殊医学用途配方食品核查专家、中国食品科学技术学会特殊食品分会第三届理事会理事、国际食品营养与安全协会理事、广东省食品学会常务理事、中国非公立医疗机构协会临床营养专业委员会第二届委员、中国营养学会精准营养产业分会第一届委员会委员等学术兼职,所在党支部获广东省第五批新时代高校党建示范创建和质量创优工作“党建工作样板支部”创建单位。

长期扎根于食品营养健康与动植物蛋白源性功能肽结构解析及其功效机制研究。曾于英国剑桥大学、美国康奈尔大学、加拿大联邦农业部AAFC食品科学研究中心等机构访问学习,累计海外学习经历三年以上。

承担过国家重点研发计划,国家自然科学基金、广东省科技计划项目、校企合作项目等40余项。以第一完成人获教育部自然科学奖二等奖1项、“2024年度中国商业联合会科学技术奖”科技进步奖一等奖、中国食品科学技术学会科技创新奖—杰出青年奖1项、第24届全国发明展览会发明创业奖金奖1项、粤港澳大湾区高价值专利培育布局奖1项、2019年度、2020年度华南理工大学—突出贡献奖。

在JAMA、GUT、Advanced Functional Materials、Advanced Science等刊物上以第一/通讯作者发表130余篇论文(ESI高被引论文10篇、1篇EI论文入选《食品科学技术学报》2024 年度“最具影响力学术论文”奖),他引10231次,h因子55,2021-2023连续三年上榜《全球2%顶尖科学家》,获2024年度知网高影响力学者称号、2024年度中国知网高被引学者TOP5%及Wiley颁发的“Outstanding Open Science Author of the Year 2022”荣誉。担任《Food Chemistry》期刊主编、《Food Frontiers》期刊副主编。

获授权中国发明专利52件、外观设计专利6件以及实用新型专利5项,申请国际PCT专利4件,相关技术完成成果鉴定1项、获省部级成果登记4项,以第一署名起草立项团体标准《核桃肽》1项、参与制定国家行业标准4项及团体标准《燕窝肽》、《燕窝肽良好生产规范》、《核桃植物奶》3项,多项科研成果已实现了产业化推广及应用。

在教学上,作为“国家一流课程”、“广东省研究生示范课程”等负责人,曾获全国首批工程类专业学位研究生在线示范课程荣誉1项、输出印度尼西亚国际平台研究生课程荣誉2项、首届全国高校教师教学创新大赛广东分赛暨高校教师教学创新大赛省级二等奖1项、2023年度校级教学卓越奖(南光卓越教学奖、校级教学名师)、教育部教指委《“停课不停学”在线教学实践推进研究》优秀成果奖1项、广东省疫情阶段在线教学优秀案例(首批)二等奖1项、华南理工大学研究生教学优秀奖1项。主持省部级教研教改项目3项、校级教研教改项目10余项。
