个人简介

娄文勇,教授、博士生导师、华南理工大学城乡高质量发展副院长(正处)、“全国百篇优秀博士学位论文“作者、国家优青(首届)、广东省特支计划百千万工程领军人才以及教育部新世纪优秀人才,连续多年入选全球前2%顶尖科学家榜单;获广东省科技进步奖一等奖(排名第1, 2025)、东京国际发明专利奖金奖(排名第2, 2025),国际遗传工程机器大赛(iGEM)金奖(指导老师,2025, 2017)、广东省自然科学奖二等奖(排名第2, 2014)、中国轻工业联合会先进个人奖(2012)以及中国石化工业联合会青年科技突出贡献奖(2018)。研究方向为食品合成生物学与生物制造、益生菌的挖掘与健康效应机制、食品安全与营养健康等。承担过国家重点研发计划,国家自然科学基金、广东省重点研发计划、校企合作项目等40余项。在Nat.Commun.(3),Nat. Synth.(1), Microbiome, Coordin. Chem. Rev., Biotechnol. Adv., Chem. Eng.J., Food Hydrocoll., J. Agr. Food Chem.等刊物上发表了150余篇论文(ESI高被引论文7篇,封面论文11篇),他引9000余次,h因子50;担任FoodWellness主编,Frontiers in Bioengineering and Biotechnology,Frontiers in Microbiology副主编,Bioresources andBioprocessing和《中国食品科技》等刊物编委;获授权中国发明专利58件(PCT美国专利3件),转让专利12件;主编中英文专著4部,参编中英文专著6本;多项科研成果已实现了产业化推广及应用。
