朱良，男，汉族，1975年11月生，有机化学硕士，生理学博士，临床医学博士后。主要从事天然生物活性物质的研究，对食品中的活性成分研究与应用有多年的工作经验。主持中国博士后科学基金《繁枝蜈蚣藻多糖的研究》和广东省科技计划项目《利用产麦角甾醇的废弃酵母生产海藻糖的工艺研究》，作为主要成员参加国家863计划资助项目海洋技术领域《有生理活性海洋天然产物的研究子项目》，国家自然科学基金课题《NDPK-A氧化还原异构机制及异构体的抑癌活性调控》、《黄酮类化合物对机体铁铝超载的螯合作用及构象关系研究》，科技部中澳科技合作特别基金《基因工程重组蛋白NDPK-A诊断试剂及药物研究开发》，广东省自然科学基金研究团队项目《南海海藻的活性成分研究及高值化应用》，广东省重大科技攻关项目《南海几种特色海藻的综合利用高值化深加工开发研究》，广东省重大科技兴海项目《南海心脑血管海洋药物的研究》的研究。通过上述的研究，申请者积累了关于天然活性物质化学与药理方面的理论知识以及分子生物学方面的技术与理论，同时也在实验技术方面积累了较为丰富的经验，曾在国内外学术刊物上发表论文40多篇，其中SCI收录20余篇，并获得国家发明专利5项。
