个人简介

游丽君,女,博士,教授,博导/硕导,获广东省杰青、广东省“特支计划”青年拔尖人才、广东省优秀青年教师、广州市珠江科技新星等项目资助。担任国际食物营养与安全协会副秘书长、广东省水产学会理事,担任《eFood》副主编、《Food Frontiers》期刊青年编委,《Food Chemistry》《Marine Drugs》《Food Chemistry: X》等期刊客座编辑,是多个国内外食品知名期刊的特邀审稿人。于2009-2010年和2016-2017年被国家留学基金委公派至美国康奈尔大学进行访问交流。。

目前主要从事生物活性多糖的高效制备、分离鉴定和功效机制方面的研究,包括抗光老化、调节肠道菌群、调节脂质代谢等。主持国家自然科学基金4项、科技部国际合作交流项目1项、省部级项目7项(包括广东省卓越团队项目、广东省杰青项目等)、企业委托项目10余项。近年来,发表第一作者/通讯作者文章90余篇,其中被SCI/EI收录70篇(科睿唯安JCR一区39篇,ESI高被引论文7篇,封面论文1篇),SCI论文总引用4850余次,h指数40。申请中国发明专利39件(其中授权20件),另外授权美国发明专利1件、澳大利亚革新专利1件。获得2019年度高等学校科学研究优秀成果奖(科学技术)自然科学奖二等奖1项(排名第3)、2016年广东省科技进步一等奖1项(排名第8)、2019年广东省教学成果一等奖1项(排名第7)、2021年广东省教学成果二等奖1项(排名第4)。作为指导老师,指导学生获得中国“互联网+”大学生创新创业大赛全国银奖、“挑战杯”课外学术科技作品竞赛全国一等奖。
