个人简介

游丽君,女,博士,教授,博导/硕导,任学校团委副书记(挂职)、食品科学系副系主任,获批广东省杰青、广东省“特支计划”青年拔尖人才、广东省优秀青年教师、广州市珠江科技新星等人才项目资助。担任国际食物营养与安全协会副秘书长、广东省水产学会理事,担任《eFood》副主编、《Food Frontiers》期刊青年编委,《Food Chemistry》《Food Chemistry: X》等期刊客座编辑,是多个国内外食品知名期刊的特邀审稿人。于2009年和2016年被国家留学基金委公派至美国康奈尔大学进行访问交流。

目前主要从事生物活性多糖的分离鉴定、功效评价和作用机制方面的研究,包括调节肠道菌群、抗光老化、调节脂质代谢等。主持国家自然科学基金3项、科技部国际合作例会交流项目1项、省部级项目6项、教育部中央高校基本科研业务费专项4项、主持企业横向项目8项。近年来,发表第一作者/通讯作者文章80余篇,其中被SCI/EI收录58篇(科睿唯安JCR一区39篇,ESI高被引论文6篇,封面论文1篇),论文总引用3600余次,h指数33。申请中国发明专利25项,其中授权15项,PCT专利2项,其中授权澳大利亚革新专利1项,另有2项专利已分别进入美国、新加坡审查。获得2019年度高等学校科学研究优秀成果奖(科学技术)自然科学奖二等奖1项(排名第3)、2016年广东省科技进步一等奖1项(排名第8)、2019年广东省教学成果一等奖1项(排名第7)。
