个人简介

娄文勇,教授、博士生导师、华南理工大学食品科学与工程学院副院长(主持工作)、“全国百篇优秀博士学位论文“作者、国家首届优青、广东省特支计划百千万工程领军人才以及教育部新世纪优秀人才,入选全球前10万名科学家榜单;获国际遗传工程机器大赛(iGEM)金奖、广东省自然科学二等奖、中国轻工业联合会先进个人奖以及中国石化工业联合会青年科技突出贡献奖。研究方向为食品生物技术、生物催化过程调控与应用、食品功能因子的挖掘及生物制造、营养素的包裹及定向递送等。承担过国家重点研发计划,国家自然科学基金、广东省科技计划项目、校企合作项目等30余项。在Coordin. Chem. Rev., Nat. Commun., Biotechnol. Adv., Small, Chem. Eng. J., Food Hydrocoll., J. Agr. Food Chem.等刊物上发表了130余篇论文(ESI高被引论文5篇,热点论文1篇,封面论文9篇),他引4600余次,h因子38;担任Frontiers in Bioengineering and Biotechnology, Frontiers in Microbiology副主编,Bioresources and Bioprocessing, 《中国食品科技》等刊物编委;获授权中国发明专利46件,申请国际PCT专利(美国)7件,转让专利9件;主编中英文专著4部,参编中英文专著5本;多项科研成果已实现了产业化推广及应用。
