本研究组致力于质谱分析方法学上的创新,并将其运用于解决前沿热点问题。1. 离子源设计优化和离子化新方法:在量化分析、机理解释、样品效率等方面展开创新研究。2.贵金属的软电离以及离子材料:通过电喷雾(electrospray)这一“软”电离方法获得贵金离子,在常压常温,常规溶剂体系条件下活化贵金属,探索贵金属离子源在催化、表面修饰、微纳结构等领域的应用。3.离子裂解和气相化学:利用多级质谱(MS/MS)激发离子碎裂,并对其碎片峰进行测量的分析手段,并将其应用于复杂生化分子(如异构体)的质谱定性分析。4. 智能质谱检测系统。通过对采样方法和离子化过程进行重新设计,实现从样品到结果全流程的无人化,并将系统应用于高通量筛查、高危现场采样等领域。其科研成果已经在国际知名期刊Nature Nanotechnology, Angewandte Chemie International Edition, Journal of the American Chemical Society, Advanced Materials, Journal of The American Society for Mass Spectrometry,Analytical Chemistry 等上发表。
报告简介:
This seminar will introduce several mass spectrometry based analytical methods and their applications in analysis and surface chemistry. Also, preparative deposition of ions as a method for surface modification will be discussed. Mass spectrometry provide a wealth of tools for generating and manipulating gas phase ions. Ambient ionization and deposition of noble metals ions will be presented. Surfaces plasmon properties are prepared by deposition of noble metal ions. This talk will also briefly showcase several recent developments such as low volume (pL) sample ionization, zeptomole sensitivity, nanocoulomb charge delivery, and in source preconcentration.
