Job dimensions

1. Production volume is  40K MT/Year，will reach the capacity 80K MT/ Year within two years;产量4万吨/年，将在2年内逐步达到产能8万吨/年；

2. Underling 5 blending operators; 下属包括5名调油操作员工；

3. Blending-related equipment manipulation and blending control system operations; 调配相关设备的操作及调配控制系统操作；

Activities

1. To lead the blending operators to achieve the daily blending target, to correctly fill the work sheet in time; 带领调配部门的操作工完成每日调配订单，及时准确填写各类生产表单；

2. To operate the blending control system and to solve some system problems independently;操作调配控制系统,  并能独立解决一些调配系统的故障；

3. To be reasonable to arrange blending orders to improve efficiency, to monitor blending temperature, time and to  keep the equipments in best condition, to recieve the raw meterials timely from warehouse and to ensure production to proceed smoothly ; Ensure all meterials to be used right according to blending order ;合理安排调配顺序提高调配效率，监控调配温度，时间及设备处于最佳状态，及时完成原材料的合理领用确保生产的顺利进行； 确保原材料的使用遵照调配指示单；

4. To communicate with planning, warehouse and maintenance department to ensure production plans go smoothly and equipments in good condition ;与计划、仓库及维修部门的良好沟通协作，确保生产计划的顺利进行及设备运转良好；

5. To lead the vessel and bulk receiving, report abnormal loss in time, ensure related operations conform with WI standard ;领导油轮、罐车的接收，及时发现并报告异常损耗，确认相关操作符合工作指导书标准；

6. Monthly stocking taking and investigation of variance, make sure the raw material consumptions within control limit;执行每月的盘点, 调查偏差的原因，控制原材料的损耗在合理范围以内；

7. Apply blending consumables timely and monitor its usage ;及时完成调配部门的耗材采购申请，监督耗材使用情况。

8. Housekeeping management to make the workshop clean and tidy, accomplish the check of fire equpiments monthly;保持调配车间的卫生在好的状态，按时完成每月的消防器材检查；

9. Ensure operations according to Quality & HSE requirment, involve in Quality and HSE accidents’ analysis and take prevention actions ;确保操作行为符合安全与质量的要求，参与质量与安全事故的原因分析及纠正预防措施；

10. Daily management of the HSE in the dominative area, report deviation, observe subordinates deviation report and make change,辖区域日常的健康安全环境管理，报告背离事件，监督下属的背离事件的报告情况并对背离事件进行改变。

11. To participate blending related projects and lead team to improve in blending area.参加到调配相关的项目中，并领导团队实现调配区域的改善。

12. To participate the blending control system updation project. Be able to manage DCS system. And to assist supervisor to change manual equipment to auto. 参与广州工厂调配控制系统升级项目，掌握DCS系统的操作。协助调配主管完成现场手动设备改造成自动设备。

13. To take part in auto manifold project. To assist supervisor to develop the manifold to meet production needs. 参与广州工厂自动管汇项目，协助主管设计符合生产需求的管汇系统。

14. To assist supervisor to improve drum additive introduction ways, to reduce blending operator workload. 协助主管优化桶装添加剂的操作方式，减少调配员工的工作量。

• Safety and quality together with in time rate are expected from this plant;追求及时率的同时要求安全和质量；

• Plant has passed  ISO 9000, TS 16949, ISO14000 & OHSAS18000;工厂已获得ISO 9000， TS 16949，ISO14000以及OHSAS18000的认证；

• Foreign company located in Guangzhou, in a foreign investment environment. 外国独资公司，设立广州市。

Accountabilities

• Within Guangzhou ELF Lubricants Co., Ltd ,under the responsibility of blending supervisor, responsible for daily blending works within GZ plant, carry through the blending target and monthly stock taking, participate in vessel and bulk receiving and accomplish other allocated work.在广州埃尔夫润滑油有限公司，汇报给调配主管，负责日常的调配工作，调配计划的完成和每月的盘点工作，参与油轮、槽车的接收，同时完成调配主管交办的任务。

• Jobholder is responsible for the implementation at his/her level of HSE rules of Total.负责其层面上道达尔HSE规则的执行。

• Contribute to HSE standard improvement by contributing to Near Miss/Deviation Reporting.报告未遂事故/偏差对HSE标准/水平的提高做出贡献。

Qualifications/Experience required

• Bachelor degree, major in Engineering. 工科本科。

• 3 years or above experience of production, working experience in chemical or petrochemical company will be a plus. 三年以上生产管理工作经历，化工\石化工厂相关工作经历优先。

• Good reading and written English. 必要的英文读写能力。

• Able to operate industrial computer and knowledge of PLC or DCS. 能操作工控机操和PLC或DCS知识。

• Strongly being responsible, careful and cautious working style, team work spirit. 责任心强，谨慎细致的工作风格，团队意识。

• Good HSE knowledge and awareness. 良好的HSE知识和意识。

• Knowledge of ISO9001, ISO/TS16949, ISO14001 and OHSAS18001 is desired, and operation experience under the management systems. 良好的ISO9001, ISO/TS16949, ISO14001 和 OHSAS18001体系知识和应用经历。
