 报告内容摘要：
Radicals, as synthetic intermediates, have found wide applications in organic synthesis. In this talk, I will introduce our work involving radical intermediates in the context of green chemistry. The first part comprises several new metal-free coupling reactions promoted by photo energy. Specifically, I will present the development, either through serendipitous discovery or rational design, of metal-free Sonogashira coupling, aromatic Finkelstein reaction, Miyaura borylation and methylation reaction as well as their mechanistic investigations. The second part is about the development of two new approaches to generate radicals promoted by light without requiring strong redox reagents.


报告人简介：
刘文博博士于2010年7月在中国科学技术大学获得学士学位，2017年12月于加拿大麦吉尔大学获得博士学位。2018年至今分别在加拿大麦吉尔大学和美国密歇根大学从事博士后研究。目前研究集中在绿色化学领域。刘文博博士在国际上首次发展了由光驱动的无金属催化的Sonogashira，Heck，Finkelstein, Suzuki, Ullmann偶联反应。以及第一次发展了一个把苯酚衍生物转化为芳基自由基的方法等学术成果。
