报告摘要：In this talk, I will introduce the Nature Communications journal, the editorial process and the peer review in Nature Communications. The topics will cover how the reviewers are selected, how to be a better reviewer for Nature Communications and how to make full use of the open/ free content in Nature Communications.

Bo joined Nature Communications in March 2017. Following his undergraduate studies in Zhejiang University, China, he obtained his PhD in Physics at National University of Singapore. He then carried out his postdoctoral research at Graphene Research Center in Singapore and University of Washington. He currently handles manuscripts on solar cells and halide perovskite photophysics. Bo is based in the Shanghai office.

个人简介：刘波博士于2017年3月加入《自然通讯》，工作地点为Springer Nature （斯普林格自然） 上海办公室。刘波博士本科毕业于浙江大学，随后在新加坡国立大学获得物理博士学位。回国前，他在新加坡的石墨烯研究中心和美国西雅图华盛顿大学从事博士后研究。 他以前的研究方向是有机电子，二维材料和混合钙钛矿的器件物理和光谱。在《自然通讯》，刘波博士负责处理太阳能电池，钙钛矿材料和光电器件等方向的稿件。
