Course Description

Graduation Internship is an important practice link for students before graduation. It plays a connecting role between theory and practice. Through personal participation in professional practice activities, students can understand the development of computer science and technology and its application in various fields of national economy, enhancing the consciousness of integrating theory with practice, cultivating students' basic abilities of observing, thinking, analyzing and solving problems, deepening their understanding of theoretical knowledge, and exercising their practical working ability and operational ability.

Teaching Content and Class Hours Distribution

1. Enterprise internship (8 weeks)

According to College’s "Regulations for  Enterprise Internship", the graduating class enters the summer internship of famous enterprises for 2 weeks (after 2 weeks, students and enterprises can choose to continue their internship for another 6 weeks).

Students participate in engineering practice related to their specialty in enterprises. They will be familiar with the development process of IT projects in practice, and play an actual role in team development. They will be jointly guided and assessed by enterprise tutors and on-campus tutors.

2. Internship on campus (8 weeks)

After the beginning of the autumn term, all the students start the 2 month internship on campus with their on-campus tutors, participating in tutors’ research projects, and being supervised and guided by tutors.
