Recently, the 6th CRRC Cup National College Students Renewable Energy Excellent Works Competition was held in Xiamen University, which attracted a total of 2624 teams from 326 universities across the country. The participating projects of our institute stood out from a number of works and won 1 grand prize, 2 second prize and 1 third prize. Among them, Concentrated energy Wave dissipation - Wave energy device and concentrated energy breakwater integrated offshore power generation system won the special prize of the scientific and technological works racing track!

Concentrated Energy Dissipation - Integrated offshore power generation System of Wave energy Device and concentrated energy breakwater design a concentrated energy breakwater and wave energy device integrated offshore power generation system, the point absorption wave energy device is arranged in the wave gathering area of the two-body parabolic breakwater, which can not only greatly reduce the wave surface height of the breakwater protection area, enhance the performance of the breakwater, but also significantly improve the power generation efficiency. Achieve cost reduction and efficiency increase. The integrated system has wave-proof and energy-gathering capabilities, and can be used in stable operating environments, as well as offshore power demand but difficult power supply conditions.
