Dr. Elias Retulainen, VTT Technical research Centre of Finland Ltd

Dr. Retulainen is Principle Scientist at VTT Technical Research Centre of Finland and has been working there since 2002.  He has over 30 years’ experience in research, development and education related to fibers, paper and fiber based materials. He is Adjunct Professor (Docent) at South China University of Technology (Guangzhou, China) and earlier at Tampere University of Technology in Finland and formerly has been working as an Associate Professor in Pulp and Paper Technology at the Asian Institute of Technology (Bangkok, Thailand) and acted as Associate Professor at Helsinki University of Technology (now Aalto University). He has also worked in industry as Research Manager at Valmet Board Machines.
