On the afternoon of September 29, delegation of Yangjiang Polytechnic Institute paid an exchange visit to School of Economics and Commerce. Professor WU Yechun, assistant to the president of SCUT and party secretary of SEC, Ms. CHEN Jun, deputy administrative dean of SEC, Professor BI Doudou, head of tourism and hospitality management department and representatives from Industrial Technology Research Institute of SCUT, received the guests.
Professor WU Yechun expressed warm welcome to the guests. He suggest that both sides could carry out communication and cooperation in the fields of discipline construction, talent training and professional and qualified teacher construction.
Mr. ZHAO Caiyong, party secretary of Yangjiang Polytechnic Institute, Professor WU Jiaoyu, president of YPI and professor GAO Jin, vice president of YPI, introduced the land utilization and design of the economic developing testing zone in Hailing Island and the construction situation of Hailing Island Tourism Institute, hoping that SCUT could provide resources and experience and enhance the cooperation between both sides.
