On May 5, practical training of simulated business negotiation for students of International Economics and Trade Major in Grade 2012 was held in Room 305, B10 building. The topic of the negotiation was The Cooperation of Ring-Pull Can Supply.
The course International Business Negotiation was lectured by Professor HU Junyan, who paid a lot of attentions on students’ practical skill and operation ability.
During the preparation, 65 students were divided into 6 groups and every student in the group played different roles: CEO, marketing director, administrative secretary, businessman from HK, etc. Through the simulation practice training, students learned a lot about the course profoundly: the analysis of the cost-profit, business etiquette, file collection and negotiation strategy. After fierce arguments and talks, all six groups reached agreements. Students found that one should make adequate preparation before going to a real negotiation war.
