研究方向

(1)纳米生物效应:揭示纳米粒子的体内转运转化与代谢清除相关规律机制,发展有效调控纳米粒子体内命运的方法,用于纳米药物的增效减毒。

(2)分子/纳米探针:针对肝/肾脏相关重大疾病早期检测的需求,发展识别疾病早期分子信号的肾脏可代谢型影像与体液探针,实现疾病的灵敏、准确、便捷检测。

(3)肾脏靶向核酸药物:针对肝外靶向核酸药物的需求与肾脏药物递送瓶颈,发展具有肾脏高特异性靶向的核酸药物递送策略,用于干预肾脏疾病及相关代谢性疾病。

研究成果  

蒋兴垭教授实验室主要运用分析化学、分子生物学和生物成像等方法研究纳米粒子与活体的界面相互作用机制,主要关注纳米粒子与肝脏、肾脏等器官和组织的相互作用及其体内转运转化和代谢清除过程,以促进对纳米材料与体内复杂生理环境相互作用的认知,指导纳米药物更有效地克服体内各种生理屏障与增效减毒,并基于此进一步设计和开发新型检测与治疗手段用于相关重要疾病的早期诊断与有效干预。课题组主要开展体内纳米生物学效应、疾病检测探针和肾脏靶向药物递送等领域研究,揭示了金纳米粒子在肝肾脏中的生物转化过程,建立了调控金纳米粒子体内生物转化效率的策略,发展了多种促进纳米粒子肝脏代谢的方法,开发了系列针对肝/肾损伤的早期检测探针以及肾脏药物靶向递送技术,相关研究成果以第一/通讯作者发表于NatureNanotechnology、Science Advances、Nature Communications、Angew. Chem.Int. Ed.、ACS Nano、Nano Letters 、Nano Today等国际知名学术期刊,授权中国/美国发明专利7项,主持/参与国家级青年人才项目、国自然面上项目、国家重点研发计划青年项目、广州市基础与应用基础研究项目等。
