研究成果  

主要运用分析化学、分子生物学和生物成像等手段研究纳米粒子与活体的界面相互作用机制,主要关注纳米粒子与肝脏、肾脏和肿瘤等器官和组织的相互作用及其体内转运和代谢清除过程,以促进对纳米材料与体内复杂生理环境相互作用的认知,并基于此进一步设计和开发新型纳米药物用于相关疾病诊疗。课题组主要开展体内纳米生物学效应、疾病诊断探针和肝肾脏靶向药物/基因递送等领域研究,研究成果以第一/通讯作者发表于NatureNanotechnology、Science Advances、Nature Communications、Angew. Chem. Int. Ed.、ACSNano、Nano Letters 等国际知名学术期刊。发表英文专著2章,授权国内外发明专利7项,主持/参与国家级青年人才项目、国自然面上项目、国家重点研发计划青年项目、广州市基础与应用基础研究项目等。
