生物材料、液-液相分离凝聚体、水凝胶、组织工程与再生医学
液-液相分离(Liquid-liquid phase separation)驱动的凝聚体(Coacervate)及其相变行为,构成了一类跨越分子、亚细胞乃至组织尺度的普适性自组装机制。凝聚体有望作为一类可被设计与工程化的新型液体生物材料,但面临结构稳定性差及分子组成-理化性质-生物医学功能构效关系不明等挑战。课题组聚焦多价弱相互作用驱动的凝聚体结构设计,探究凝聚体以及凝聚体-水凝胶相变应用于细胞/组织仿生、药物递送载体、疾病免疫治疗、组织工程与再生医学等领域的功效机制,致力于为凝聚体作为液体生物材料确立普适性设计原则。在Nat. Chem.、Nat. Biomed. Eng.、Sci. Adv.、Nat. Commun.、J. Am. Chem. Soc.、Angew. Chem. Int. Ed.、Adv. Mater.等期刊以通讯作者或第一作者发表论文20余篇。主持国家自然科学基金优青(海外)项目、国家重点研发计划课题、国家自然科学基金面上项目等。
