研究成果

主要从事纳米药物和基因递送,免疫治疗和疫苗开发等方面的研究, 包括利用纳米技术和生物工程技术设计开发新型纳米载体和RNA疫苗、递送功能性蛋白分子,用于相关疾病的预防和治疗。以第一或通讯作者在Nat Commun, Biomaterials, J. Control. Release, Mol. Ther., Nano Res.等期刊发表论文十余篇,参与撰写英文专著两部。申请或授权美国及国际发明专利三项,中国发明专利六项。曾主持或在研主持美国国立卫生研究院和基金会项目,国家海外引进人才青年项目、国家自然科学基金面上项目、广东省基础与应用基础研究基金等。
