纳米生物医学、药物递送系统、肿瘤免疫和生物治疗、mRNA疫苗

研究成果

主要从事生物大分子药物、生物材料及递送系统研究,发展了肿瘤微环境响应的递送载体构建技术,研发了用于核酸药物递送的“CLAN”载体平台和用于抗体药物递送的“纳米适配子”载体技术,在Nat. Biomed.Eng.、Nat.Nanotechnol.、Sci. Transl. Med.、Nat. Commun.、Proc. Natl.Acad. Sci. U. S. A.、Angew. Chem. Int. Ed.、J. Am. Chem. Soc.、Adv. Mater.等杂志发表研究论文280余篇,被引用25700余次,H-Index 91;入选科睿唯安“高被引科学家”和爱思唯尔中国高被引学者;申请发明专利60余件,其中PCT专利9件,美国发明专利4件,授权发明专利33件,其中授权美国发明专利1件。

获国家自然科学奖二等奖、广东省科学技术奖一等奖、教育部自然科学奖一等奖、中国生物材料学会科学技术奖、第二届生物医用高分子材料大会“杰出贡献奖”、广东省学校优秀教学成果奖(高等教育一研究生类)一等奖等;主持国家重点研发计划、国家自然科学基金重点等研究项目。
