主要从事膜成孔活性生物材料的设计开发,及其在肿瘤免疫治疗、mRNA疫苗、抗菌等方面的研究。发展了0.1 pH尺度下可以精确调控膜成孔活性的超敏纳米溶瘤材料以及能够选择性识别细菌磷脂的抗菌聚肽。近年来,以通讯/第一作者在Nat. Nanotechnol.、PNAS、Angew. Chem. Int. Ed.、JACS、ACS. Nano等国际著名杂志发表30余篇,申请专利20余项,其中PCT专利5项;主持海外高层次引进人才青年项目、国家重点研发项目课题、基金委面上项目等。
