纳米材料的生物学效应及利用纳米策略调控蛋白质稳态的研究

噬菌体展示技术筛选功能短肽、肿瘤免疫调节生物材料

研究成果

主要从事纳米生物效应调控蛋白质稳态及重大疾病治疗的研究。在靶向突变p53抗肿瘤的研究领域积累了相关工作基础,已开发多种具有独特生物活性的工程化纳米药物来调控突变型p53的稳定性、实现了肿瘤高效精准治疗的研究。近年来以第一(或共第一)或共通讯作者在Nature Nanotechnology、Advanced Materials、Advanced Functional Materials、Angewandte ChemieInternational Edition、Nano Today、ACS Applied Materials & Interfaces、J Nanobiotechnology等杂志发表SCI论文10篇;其中影响因子>10 7篇,申请国家发明专利7项,授权4项;主持国家自然科学基金青年基金项目、中国博士后科学基金特别资助项目、广州市科技计划项目。
