研究领域:

近年来,由于一系列减排措施的推行,我国主要城市群大气细颗粒物(PM2.5)污染得到一定程度的改善。然而,臭氧污染日益严重,引起政府和公众的广泛关注。国外的相关经验表明,臭氧治理比PM2.5要困难的多,需要时间也长的多。我国目前普遍采取的以PM2.5为导向的控制策略不能满足臭氧控制的需求。在PM2.5达标后,我国主要城市群的大气污染控制势必转移到以臭氧为防控重点上来。以长三角、珠三角等典型光化学活跃区近地面臭氧污染为研究核心,在反应性有机物排放特征、臭氧非线性变化控制机制以及气候变化背景下大气氧化性演变对近地面臭氧污染影响等方向开展深入研究。 

1. 大气反应性有机物来源量化与校验

反应性有机物在大气化学过程和臭氧生成中起至关重要的作用,但其排放特征和化学转化尚未得到充分研究。针对当前反应性有机物来源研究的两个薄弱环节:活性组分测量和化学转化过程校正,借助源排放测量、排放模型和文献调研等手段,完善长三角和珠三角地区反应性有机物重要排放源化学成分谱,特别是补充现有反应性有机物源谱中缺失的支链烯烃、反应性醛类等关键活性组分,构建本地化的反应性有机物排放源数据库;以2016年为基准年,构建中国东部地区高时空分辨率的反应性有机物排放源清单;针对反应性有机物重要排放源,量化表征大气中反应性有机物从源到受体点的化学转化过程,建立基于地面观测、模型反演和卫星遥感的反应性组分来源校验方法;并预估长三角和珠三角地区反应性有机物未来5~10年的排放趋势。 

2. 光化学活跃区臭氧非线性变化控制机制研究

通过结合基于观测模型、三维空气质量模型和卫星遥感等三种技术手段,定量识别不同气象条件下本地生成及区域传输对长三角和珠三角不同地区臭氧的相对贡献,阐明不同地区臭氧及其前体物的非线性关系及其时空变化特征,揭示不同气象条件下VOC敏感、NOx敏感及过渡区的空间分布;利用长期卫星遥感资料阐明长三角和珠三角地区评判VOC敏感、NOx敏感及过渡区的FNR标准,识别两区域臭氧控制机制的长期变化趋势,探索臭氧生成的敏感区域划分随NOx及VOCs削减的变化规律,为遏制臭氧污染事件发生的频率和强度以及制定中长期臭氧达标规划提供科学依据。

3. 气候变化背景下大气氧化性演变对近地面臭氧污染影响研究

臭氧防控通常需要数十年的时间,在这一时间尺度上气候变化对臭氧污染的影响不可忽视。根据长三角和珠三角多站点长期监测结果,建立描述臭氧、NOx及环境温度关系的概念模型,识别温度对不同区域臭氧生成效率的影响;将温度因素纳入排放源清单动态体系,在不同环境温度下对部分挥发性VOCs排放源谱进行现场采样与分析,阐明温度对挥发性VOCs排放特征的影响;在本地化的三维空气质量模型中应用纳入温度因素的动态排放源清单并对环境温度进行扰动,揭示两区域的臭氧气候补偿效应,建立温度与臭氧前体物响应关系之间的函数关系,为不同气候变化背景下两区域制定臭氧控制策略提供科学依据。
