1 高浓度有机废水气升环流处理关键技术与装备(专利号:ZL.200610037337.5),应用于广东星湖生物科技股份有限公司5000 m3/d发酵制药废水的工艺优化及工程改造项目;实施地点:广东省肇庆市和平路64号;实施年限:2010-2013;实施效果:全程采用微生物技术,解决了企业多年来经多次技改均未解决的工程难题;提质增效,不增加任何构筑物,处理能力由改造前1700 m3/d提升至5000 m3/d,每年削减COD总量达到2100吨以上,出水水质长期稳定达到GB21903-2008一级排放标准。
2 高浓度难降解有机废液电子计量平衡偶联控制技术与装备(专利号:ZL201910375821.6),应用于广州市白云区某城市资源处理中心垃圾渗滤液处理项目;实施地点:广州市白云区;实施年限:2020-2021;实施效果:全程采用微生物技术及电子计量平衡偶联控制技术,不添加任何药剂,不采用膜处理工艺,无浓缩液产生,处理全程实现云控制、无人值守,无任何二次污染物外排,出水水质稳定达到GB /T31962-2015、DB44/26-2001一级排放标准。
