RESEARCH
Established in collaboration with the School of Mechanical and Automotive Engineering, the School of Automation Science and Engineering, and the School of Computer Science and Engineering, this laboratory is the third of its kind in the university and the first in the Guangzhou International Campus, and has been recognized as an International Joint Laboratory by the Ministry of Education. It addresses national strategic priorities and public health needs by developing human-centered AI algorithms and frameworks. With the focus on smart healthcare and intelligent manufacturing, the lab partners with leading international research teams to conduct integrated research on foundational theories, core algorithms, and key technologies in human-AI interaction and equipment systems.
