Reliability Engineer Intern


Location: Shenzhen, China


Amazon develops innovative consumer-centric product solutions. As a reliability engineer you will be part of an exciting team developing, testing, and delivering products. Your primary responsibility will be the development and implementation of methodologies/techniques to enhance product reliability. You will work closely internal cross-functional teams and outside partners to drive and execute product qualification. You must be responsive, flexible and able to succeed within an open collaborative peer environment.


Responsibilities:


- Set up and perform the test in Amazon’s lab with senior reliability engineer’s guidance.

- Track the reliability test execution at contract manufacture and ensure contract manufacture followed the test plan correctly.

- Reviewed and analysis test data, provide daily report to manager.

- Lab audit and give guidance to Contract Manufactory (CM)

- Support pre and post reliability test methodology development


Basic Qualifications:


- Major in Mechanical or electrical engineering or computer science with good academic record proof.

- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.

- Excellent bi-lingual (Chinese & English) written and verbal communication skills required.

- Self-motivated and honest individual who interacts well with a diverse group of co-workers and teams.

- Good ability in multi-task and handling a large number of tasks at once.


Preferred Qualifications:


- Major in Mechanical or electrical engineering with good academic record proof.

- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.

- Have reliability knowledge, statistical knowledge and be able to use reliability and statistical method to do data analysis.

- Excellent bi-lingual (Chinese & English) written and verbal communicationskills required.
