What is Management Trainee Program?
The Management Trainee Program is a 12-month experience designed for recent graduates who have finished their studies and are starting their career at L’OrealBeautyCos Plant. It provides 2 cross function job rotations with detailed learning objectives in Production, Supply Chain, Quality or EHS(based on business needs and personal interests) and 4 training modules. After the program, successful management trainees will graduate and be assigned a position in the company.
To apply, it is essential that you:
1.Will graduate in July next year;
2.Major in Engineering, Chemical,Logistic Management or related majors;
3.Be fluent in spoken and written English and Mandarin;
4.Willing to start your career inGUANGZHOU.
