职位描述：
Key Responsibilities:
1. Process Safety - Develop and complete several Process Safety projects as identified by the Huntsman Global Process Safety COE. These will be performed with oversight of a Process Safety Subject Matter Expert (SME). As an example, these projects may involve the development of site specific Process Safety procedures / programs, training programs, performing Process Hazard Analyses (PHAs), or the development of other Process Safety management systems.
2. Communications - Candidate must have well honed communication skills in English and Chinese, both written and verbal. Be able to interact effectively and persuasively with all levels of the organization. Be able to interface with operating organization as well as formal / informal SME networks. Have a project confidence and credibility.
3. Implementation - Assist facilities as needed with the implementation of Process Safety programs and management systems.
4. Training - Must be capable and comfortable with developing Process Safety training programs.
5. Presentations - Prepare and deliver presentations on the intern projects. These will be delivered to the Global Process Safety COE.
Key Requirements:
1. Master or above, major in process safety. Approximately 2 years of engineering academic training.
2. Must be proficient in computer skills.
3. Good command of written and oral English.
