Southco is my first company after my graduation. I have been working here for 3 years. Recalling the time in Southco, I had worked in three positions - IE Engineer, Junior ME, ME. Now, I am the NPD Engineer. In the 3 years, I experienced 3 big changes in Southco China: Captive screw business transferred from U.S to Fu Yong Facility, CEMA business transferred from Shang Hai Facility to Fu Yong Facility, Shi Yan Facility and Fu Yong Facility Integration.
