Book Report on Putin’s Man Laws

I have heard Putin’s name when I was a little boy, I knew that he is a statesman of Russia. Slowly, I get to know more about his life and I admired him, not just because his is the president of Russia.
Putin’s Man Laws is a book written by Bo Wen, although this book is not well written, It classifies some very important philosophies of human life. It tells Putin’s principles both in his political life and everyday life. Of all the presidents in the modern world, I admire Putin the most. Putin is such an excellent man that a great many girls have a dream to marry a man like Mr. Putin.
Putin is the president of Russia who leads Russia becomes rich and powerful again. Having great personality, he can convey the force of his personal charm. His principles of being a man make him a successful person. This book analyses Putin’s 22 principles of being a person. He sets a good example not only to all those statesmen, but to all people.
Putin always thinks differently from his contemporary when his is only a child. And he dares to share his special ideas with others and carries them out. “I want to be a special agent!” That is his dream and he makes arduous efforts to realize his dream. Through his perseverance, he finally becomes an agent and he makes his dream come true. It is not easy for him to become an agent. He must go through many tough times. After entering KGB, Putin has to finish many assignments, including courses of 2913 class hours. Besides, he must take professional training run by the military. All the assessments must be finished within one and a half year. He is the very few people who can do this.
I think we all people should also have our dreams as tour guides for us in life. Dreams help us to form our values to the world and to the meaning of life. We have heard that all the time: Dreams are the resource of your inner power and they bring you hope. We always tell people the importance of dreams and hope them to stick to their dreams. But only few people can persist in devoting their efforts to realizing their dreams. Instead, dreams fade. In fact, the reason why those great people are great is that they have a clear dream and stick to it. When I was a child, I also had many dreams. But my dreams changed as time goes on. I once told all the classmates in a class that I wanted to become a scientist in the future. I admired all the great inventors in the world and was interested in trying to make something new for fun. Being a scientist is a top dream for me, but an untouchable one. I even thought that to be a scientist is as difficult as flying without wings. So gradually I changed my dream. And that was not the only occurrence. I changed my dreams one by one and I found no one was suitable for me. Faced with this topic again, I still wonder what my dream is. I am shock that for so many years I actually have lived without a clear dream.
Being a special agent or the president of Russia, Putin is steadfast in his work. He is called the “Man of Action.” Putin has clear decision and works down to earth. As students, we all hope that we can find a good job after graduation, but that depends on how and what we learn at university. We have the right to choose to become what kind of person. We have lots of opportunities to train ourselves and to learn all kinds of knowledge. But most of us still lack the spirit of working hard and down to earth. What capacity we have determines what we can do in the future and those who work down to earth can finally reach their goals step by step. No one can make success without any action. Putin is worthy of the name “Man of Action.”
Putin is very good at making friends and he thinks it important to make exploiting social contacts. In his opinion, friends are the most important treasure in life. As a president, although he is on top of the political power of Russia, he still pays highly attention to making friends and handles their relationship carefully. This helps him win large supports from his friends and he can carry out his policy more easily. One cannot live without friends and we should always pay attention to keeping good social contacts. There are many excellent persons around us at university. Apart from studying hard and working hard, what we should do is to attach importance to develop interpersonal skills and keep a good social network. It is true that we will never know what our friends will become in the future and we can never tell when we are going to need them. Having friends, especially good friends helps us know more information and gets us closer to success. In a word, it is always important to keep a good social network and treasure our friends.
I admire Putin the most because he is a man who seems competent on all dimensions. We can always see him show up on different occasions with his special skills. As a special agent, he must learn all kinds of knowledge. He can fly an airplane on his own in the sky and dive freely in deep water. He loves judo and shows great talent in it and he can play piano like a musician. He can ride a horse and can shoot like a sniper. He can even drive formula car, which shocks me so much. Putin has so many skills and shows us as generalist. All his capabilities attribute to his hard work and perseverance. Each acquisition of skills requires a serious of great efforts. We are envious of those talented people and hope to become such a competent person. But it is not easy for us to stick to the process of learning, which makes us fail to attain a certain skill. The spirit of persistence is very important for us, no matter what we are learning or doing.
Self-confidence is another good quality of Putin, and his deep conviction brings confidence to the whole Russia. He once said “Given 20 years, I might return a miraculous Russia to all of you.” This is his promise to not only Russia but also to the whole world. Obviously, he makes it and brings huge development to Russia. His great confidence leads him to take a tough stance to deal with the Chechen terrorists. People need a president like Putin to dispose the terrorists out of its nation. “I will put them drown in the toilet if I come across a terrorist!” This few words make the terrorists chilling and raise confidence to Russians. Putin also set a good example to all the statesmen around the world. The peoples of the world should be united together and support counter-terrorism. The leaders of all countries should be brave enough to make a promise to dispose terrorists. Whatever we do, Self-confidence is an important quality that most frequently makes for success.
When making decisions, Putin shows us as a decisive man. Whatever difficulties or severe situations he meets, he can make a decision that reaches every aspect of the matter. His ability to make immediate response helps him handle plenty of missions with skill and ease. The ability to make immediate response and make rapid accurate decisions is a very important quality for all of us. Nowadays, the social competition is increasingly fierce and we are living a stressful life. To improve our strain capacity is quite necessary for us students.
Putin never escapes from his responsibilities, and he is passionate to do everything. Putin demands all government officials to have sense of responsibility, and he makes a good example to all of them. As a president, he once said: “We can never turn away without giving survival guarantee to the old, and we can never apathetically watch the poor children cry.” Putin’ strong sense of responsibility wins the people’s support and that’s why he can be reappointed consecutively. Everyone has his own responsibility. As students, we should be responsible to our family, our teachers and what’s more, to ourselves. Whatever we do, we should be responsible for what we have done. We must undertake our due obligations and face up to difficulties.
This book tells us Putin’s 22 man laws, which are educative and reflective. Although I cannot follow all the principles, I will try to learn from them. Putin’s principles of doing things are well worth learning. It makes me feel that to be a man should be like Putin. I will read more books and accept more tasks so as to have extensive knowledge and experience. Putin learns a lot of things and he ranks first in the class in all subjects. He gets 5 points in all his subjects, which demonstrates his diligence. I should be more industrious in the future studies and set goals for myself. The purpose of reading the biographies of great people is not to become a great people but to learn from them.
