Aimed at strengthening the international collaboration, School  of Bioscience and Bioengineering, SCUT signed Memorandum of Understanding with Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology (RMIT) in July, 2015.

The aim of this document is to record an understanding between RMIT and SCUT by which RMIT and SCUT may co-operate in establishing closer links that may involve:

1.Exchange of students, faculty and staff members 

2.Research collaboration 

3.Joint research grants and supervision of PhD students 

4.Participation in seminars and academic meetings

5.Exchange of academic materials and other information

6.Special short-term academic programs and projects

7.Articulation arrangements in specific academic areas

It is the wish of the parties that the closer links established may eventually lead to collaborations in agreed areas and the development of science research and talent culturing.
