On March 13, School of biosience and bioengineeringsigned a memorandum of cooperation with Guangdong  Institute of Microbiology.  Tan Wen, the dean of the school, Liu Yings, he party secretary , Lin Ying, the executive associate dean, Wu Zhenqiang, associate dean, Hu Xiaofeng, administrative associate dean, Fan Li, full-time associate director of theProvincial Key Laboratory, Zhu Mingjun, assistant dean, Wu Qingping, the director of Guangdong Microbiology Institute, and relevant teachers attended the signing ceremony.

     Our school and Guangdong Institute of Microbiology has a long history of cooperation in scientific research, personnel training and so on. By signing this memorandum of cooperation, a synergy can be achieved. It will greatly promote the deep cooperation in talent training, scientific research and technology development, academic exchange, resource sharing and so on. It will help pushing forward the construction and development of the disciplines.And it will impel both sides gradually occupying the core status of scientific research, personnel training and transformation of scientific research achievements in microbiology discipline area of south China .

     Guangdong Institute of Microbiology having the state key laboratory of applied microbiology and postdoctoral research station built by province of Guangdong and the minister, have formed four superior disciplines including resource microbiology, environmental microbiology, analytical microbiology and deteriorative microbiology.
