During March 28th and 29th, "Review Meeting of technical training workshop of the developing countries in 2013 cum work training meeting" was held in Changsha. More than 90 representatives, including representatives of our school, attended this meeting. The meeting was held by Wangyang, section chief of the international talent and the training department of China Science and Technology Exchange Center. Ruan XiangPing, deputy director level counsellor of the department of international cooperation of Ministry of Science and Technology, Liu Hua, the program officer, Wang Yan, deputy director of the exchange center, He Xiuming, deputy director of Science and Technology Agency of Hunan Province, etc. attended this meeting.

      The meeting proceeded from serving the "science and technology diplomacy" global strategy of China, and affirmed the Achievement of foreign aid training workshop. Under the new situation of  "upgrading" the level of foreign aid of China , they exploredhow to further support the international scientific and technological cooperation, thestrategy to expand the influence of project itself, and fully discussed the problems  that the workshop faced in the process of the project approval, management and achievement evaluation.      As it is reported, by the end of 2013, the Ministry of Science and Technology has been successfully organized 415 technology training workshop , and has totally trained more than 8500 students. Our school undertaking the international training workshop on Food Safety assessment technology and food safety quality control is in line with the need of state's overall diplomacy , the goal of the workshop is the  development strategy of national science and technology , it is designed to help the developing countries improve the evaluation technology of food safety. The foreign aid training workshop that contributed to the food safety has great significance to further expand the international influence of south China university of technology (SCUT) and promote the international exchanges and cooperation of SCUT move forward. This December our school will host the second "International Training Workshop on Food Safety Assessment Technology and Food Safety Quality Control".
