个人简介
主要从事食品质量与安全、食品微生物学和食品贮藏与保鲜方向的研究和教学工作。已主持国家自然科学基金项目2项,省部级项目8项。作为核心成员参与国家级项目4项,省部级项目2项。主编出版“十三五”教材1部;作为主要研究人员在食品安全领域参与制订国家行业标准3项;科研获奖5项;已在国际权威学术刊物发表SCI收录论文60余篇(通讯作者),其中JCR分区1区论文40余篇;获授权发明专利15件。
