个人简介

阮志,博士,教授,博士生导师。2006至2010年就读于中山大学药学专业,获学士学位。2010至2015年在中国科学院上海药物研究所学习药理学,获博士学位。先后在美国德克萨斯大学西南医学研究中心、波士顿大学、梅奥诊所担任博士后、副研究员,并在国际知名制药公司阿尔凯默斯担任资深研究员,从事神经系统疾病原创新药的研发工作。2023年11月加入华南理工大学食品科学与工程学院。       本课题组主要关注脑衰老过程中脑内细胞功能衰退的物质基础,结合基因测序、蛋白质组学、营养物质鉴定以及脑细胞功能分析的研究策略,围绕健康脑细胞所需的营养成分及功能性食品开发领域开展深入交叉学科研究,从而为改善脑细胞功能及保护大脑健康提供精准的干预措施以及营养物质。此外,课题组关注小胶质细胞在维持中枢神经系统稳态中的相关机理以及干细胞来源的外泌体精准营养价值研究。主要研究成果已发表在Brain, Alzheimer's & Dementia, Molecular Neurodegeneration, Molecular Psychiatry, Cell Reports , 和Cellular and Molecular Life Sciences等国际著名刊物上,并多次受邀在国际学术会议作大会报告,包括Cold Spring Harbor Laboratory Conference,ISEV2021,AD/PD2022等。长期受邀担任多家国际学术期刊的审稿人,包括Alzheimer’s & Dementia, Brain, Ageing Research Reviews, Molecular Therapy, Alzheimer's Research and Therapy, Nutrient等超过15家学术期刊。
