个人简介

郑淋,副教授,博士生、硕士生导师,入选“国家博士后创新人才支持计划”和“广东省自然科学基金杰出青年”。主要研究方向是生物活性肽的营养与健康,重点围绕降血糖肽、改善睡眠肽以及抗光老化肽等生物活性肽的构效关系、吸收代谢、健康功效及高效制备等方面开展相关研究。相关成果以第一或通讯作者在Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry、Food Chemistry、Food Hydrocolloids等Top期刊发表SCI论文30余篇,申请国家发明专利20余件。主持国家自然科学基金、国家重点研发计划项目子课题、广东省自然科学基金、国家博士后科学基金及其它科研项目10项。
