陈春,副教授,博士生导师,学术/专业硕士生导师。主要从事植物活性多糖、多酚等天然活性物质的研究及功能性健康食品的开发。已发表论文40余篇,ESI 高被引论文6篇,封面论文2篇,单篇引用大于200次论文1篇,包括Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry、Food & Function、Carbohydrate Polymers等食品领域知名期刊,引用1500余次(web of science),H指数=23。申请发明专利5件,授权3件。多个国内外SCI期刊审稿人,Foods期刊客座主编。
主持国家自然科学基金青年基金、广东省自然科学基金、中国博士后基金等。骨干参与十三五国家重点研发计划、国家自然科学基金面上项目等。
