个人简介   

陈文,博士,教授,博士生导师。曾师从陈章良,提前1年从中国农业大学获得本科学位,后加入美国仁斯利尔理工学院并于2012年获得博士学位。陈文博士拥有在默克药厂和Flagship Pioneering投资公司的工作经历,并先后在汉密尔顿学院、哈佛医学院担任博士后、特聘科学家和研究员,2021年加入华南理工大学食品科学与工程学院。独立主持并完成美国Health Assistance Foundation支持的艾尔兹海默症相关项目1项,共同主持并完成多项美国国家卫生院(NIH)课题。目前主持包括基金委面上项目、科技部重点研发、广东省基金委面上项目等多个课题。

近年来,在大量的核磁共振和蛋白质工程的基础上,陈文博士以生物膜蛋白质为研究对象,结合纳米技术,发明了新型脂质体复合物的组装方法,并以此为基础优化抗体和小分子的体外筛选;同时发展了核酸适体的筛选平台,并完善了大分子和小分子的检测体系。多次在Nature、Cell、Nature Protocols、Nature Communications、Angew Chem、JACS等顶级期刊发表论文,拥有重要专利,受到美国农业部和美国垦务局的嘉奖。并获得过哈佛医学院华人生命科学杰出科研奖和中华海外磁共振协会年度科学家奖。长期受邀担任多家知名国际学术期刊的审稿人,包括JACS 、Medicinal Chemistry 、Bioinformatics、Journal of Neurochemistry、Journal of Lipid Research、Plos Computational Bilogy、International Journal of Molecular Sciences、 Journal of Biophysics、Applied Microbiology and Biotechnology、Biochemistry、Plos One、Journal of Theoretical Biology等超过15家学术期刊。
