报告人简介:

     Dr.Roman has a PhD in Food Engineering from the Berlin University of Technology,Germany, and has held a number of leadership positions at the University of Sydney in project management, resource management and strategic planning.Roman’s research interests include sustainable food manufacture, design of new food structures and textures, and the development of safe and healthy foodingredients and products through advanced food processing technologies. He hasactively carry-out research work in these areas, most of which is published inhis approximately 100 Journal articles and book chapters. Roman is currentlythe president of the International Association of Engineering and Food and theAustralian Food Engineering Association.
