Dr. Sushil Dhital is a Research Fellow at Centre for Nutrition and Food Sciences, University of Queensland, Australia. Dr. Dhital has a deep knowledge of carbohydrate chemistry and nutrition. He has published more than 50 SCI papers and has cited more than 1,000 times. He was invited to give presentations at American Association of Cereal Chemists International Annual Meetings and Australian Cereal Chemistry Conferences more than 10 times. He received many awards in the food field including the Jack Kefford Award from AIFST, and the Australian Nutrition Trust Award from Australian Nutrition Society.
