Jianbo Xiao, Ph.D.

        Dr. Jianbo Xiao received his doctorate degree  in nutrition from Okayama Prefectural University in 2009 and worked at the University of Würzburg in Germany from 2013 to 2015. He is currently a Professor at the University of Macau. He is mainly engaged in research on the nutrition and function of dietary polyphenols. In 2016 and 2017, he was selected as the global high-citation scientist (Agricultural field).
